Remote | Part-Time | $6/hour (Trial) | Immediate Start

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow our award-winning skincare brand, Serenity Hue.

This starts as a paid trial at $4/hour. If you're the right person, this can become a long-term role with increased hours and responsibility.

Hours

• Around 2 hours per day to begin with
• Additional hours available as the business grows

Your Responsibilities

• Design high-converting Klaviyo email templates
• Build and optimise email campaigns and automated flows
• Write compelling email copy that increases sales
• Plan and execute email marketing strategies
• Segment customer lists and improve campaign performance
• Monitor email analytics and recommend improvements
• Ensure email s are mobile-friendly and follow best practices
• Add image alt text, optimise accessibility, and maintain a professional email design
• Reply to customer email s professionally and efficiently
• Assist with general customer support when required

Requirements

• Proven experience with Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategy
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage
• Good design skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection

Trial Task

Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid trial so we can assess:
