We are a fast-scaling DTC ecommerce brand and we need someone who can execute video creatives at the highest level.
This is NOT a standard video editing job.
We provide full scripts, detailed briefs, creative direction, and AI-generated assets. You receive the foundation and you deliver a creative that can actually scale on Meta.
You will receive a full script and a detailed brief. We provide the creative direction, the AI-generated assets, and the core content. But you must be capable of independently sourcing additional brolls, finding the right hook visuals, and making smart editorial decisions when needed. The brief is your foundation your judgment is what makes the final creative actually perform.
You must master: Higgsfield · Nano Banana · HeyGen · CapCut · ElevenLabs
You must be able to: Source brolls that match the exact voiceover line chirurgically. Identify a strong hook visually and know why it works. Make autonomous creative decisions when needed. Respect the script without losing the natural feel. Deliver 9:16 vertical creatives ready to run on Meta.
Who you are: You've worked on performance creatives. You understand CTR, hook rate, thumb stop. You don't wait to be told what to do. Fast, reliable, autonomous.
