Full-Time Video Editor for E-commerce Ads Meta Ads, Start Immediately

We are hiring a Full-Time Video Editor specialized in E-commerce & Dropshipping Ads to join our growing creative team.
We run performance-driven ad campaigns mainly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for the European market.

This role is for someone who can start immediately, understands how ads convert, and wants to grow long-term inside the company.

What you will do

• Edit high-converting e-commerce ads (UGC-style) for Meta platforms
• Understand the logic of Meta Ads (hooks, retention, pacing, structure)
• Build strong hooks (0–3s) based on pain points and angles
• Assemble B-rolls intelligently according to the script (not random clips)
• Work with provided scripts and voiceovers (ElevenLabs)
• Add subtitles, text overlays, simple effects, and clean transitions
• Deliver fast, clean, and structured creatives ready to test and scale

Required experience (important)

• Experience in e-commerce / dropshipping (ads, not YouTube videos)
• Good understanding of Meta Ads creatives (what makes an ad stop the scroll)
• CapCut Pro mastery (speed + precision)
• Experience using ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and ad psychology
• Reactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions precisely
