CRM Communication — Send texts and email s to leads inside the CRM.

Task Management — Create, update, and complete tasks to maintain organized pipelines.

English Note Review — Read and interpret lead notes and call summaries written in English.

Facebook Posting — Publish marketing posts and engagement content on Facebook .

Facebook Messaging — Message prospects to generate interest and move leads into the CRM.

Lead Follow?Up — Maintain consistent communication to increase show?up and close rates.

???? Compensation Structure (USD Only)
Guaranteed Income
Monthly draw: $300 USD
(Guaranteed minimum income regardless of performance)

Commissions
Lead Show: $10 USD

Lead Close: $30 USD base commission

Weekly Performance Bonus
If a rep closes 5 or more sales in a single week, close commission increases to:

$40 USD per close for that entire week.
