Are you good at sales, confident on the phone, and motivated by the opportunity to make more money based on your performance?

We are a growing US-based short-term rental property management company looking for a hungry, resourceful Sales Representative to help us grow our portfolio.

This is a 100% performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Our target is for a successful rep to earn $1,200+ USD per month, with the opportunity to earn significantly more as you generate larger clients and build your pipeline.

What Are You Selling?

We provide full-service management for Airbnb and short-term rental property owners.
Our clients own the properties and pay their ownership expenses.
We handle essentially everything else.
Guest communication, pricing, revenue optimization, cleaning, maintenance coordination, supplies, listing management, property operations, and more.

Our ideal clients are property owners who:

Currently use another management company but aren't happy with their results
Own short-term rentals but are tired of managing everything themselves
Live outside the city and need a trusted local team
Own multiple properties and want a better management partner

Your goal is simple:

Find great potential clients, start conversations, qualify the opportunity, and get them on a call with our team.

How You Make Money

We want this position to reward RESULTS.

Qualified Meetings ? You Get Paid

Book a qualified meeting with a legitimate property owner who fits our criteria and attends the call, and you earn a flat appointment fee.

We Sign the Client ? You Get Paid AGAIN

If your lead becomes a client, you receive an additional bonus based on the size of the opportunity.

Recurring Management Client ? Bigger Bonus

If the client signs an ongoing property management agreement, you receive an additional bonus equal to 50% of our first month's management revenue from that client.

The bigger the opportunity you bring us, the more money you can make.

Our initial target for a successful rep is approximately 6–8 qualified meetings per month and 1–3 new clients per month.

We are targeting approximately $1,200+ USD/month in earnings for a productive rep, but there is no fixed earnings ceiling.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be an Airbnb expert.

We can teach you our business.

What we DO need is someone who can sell.

You should be:

Confident speaking English with US customers
Comfortable cold calling
Experienced in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development
Resourceful enough to research and find potential customers
Persistent with follow-up
Comfortable hearing "no"
Competitive and motivated by commission
Organized with your pipeline
Hungry to make money and grow with a company

Previous experience in US sales, real estate, Airbnb, hospitality, property management, or B2B sales is a big plus.
