Claude / AI Automation Expert to Help Build Our Organic Content Machine (8-Figure Health Brand)

ey, I'm Isaac, founder of neuravella.

Quick version: we're a health brand (supplements) out of Australia, and we're doing really well on the paid ads and creative side. That part's handled. The reason I'm hiring is our organic content, and I want someone who's genuinely a beast with Claude and AI automation to come help me turn it into a machine.

Right now I run pretty much everything through Claude. I've already built a bunch myself, scrapers to pull viral weight loss accounts, systems to find viral concepts and formats, all of it. But I need someone in the trenches with me who can take it way further.

What we're actually doing

We've got a small organic team, about 4 video editors right now, making AI influencer content. Mainly real AI avatars, but there's a ton of organic animation content crushing it too. We're going hard on the weight loss niche.

How it works now: I manually research viral AI influencers, download the videos doing 100k+ views, pull the scripts, organise the URLs, and feed all of that to the editors each week. They take the scripts and inspo and build the videos. It works, but it's a lot of manual grind and I know we can systemise most of it.

What I want you to help build

Research tools that go deep on these organic accounts and surface the viral concepts, hooks and formats we should be running, fresh every week, on tap.
Ready-to-go briefs for the editors. I've used a storyboard flow before that turns a script into text-to-image and image-to-video prompts, and it worked great. I want that dialled in so editors get finished briefs with all the prompts done, instead of building it all by hand. This one's important.
Automations across the whole editor workflow so they move faster and make more.
Overseeing our auto-publishing (we use Publer) so content actually goes out smoothly across all the accounts.
And one I literally thought of today while talking this through:

Comment-to-DM automation. On some of my viral videos I tell people to comment a word (like "protein") to get a free recipe book. I've had hundreds and hundreds of comments and NO automation to actually send it. I want it so the second someone comments, they get a DM pitching the free book, and once they reply, we send the product link. That's straight-up sales sitting on the table right now. Getting that live fast would be massive.
The bigger vision (this is the real thing)

I want to build an AI influencer commission program that basically runs itself. A setup where creators genuinely make money, move off a base salary as we scale, and we get thousands of people all over the world posting for the brand. Real educational content, free tips in the DMs, driving sales, and the creators making great money doing it.

I genuinely believe we can change a lot of lives with this, theirs and the people watching. That's the goal. We're building an 8-figure+ company and the right person is a huge part of that.

Who I'm looking for

Someone on the throne with this. A true Claude expert, a pro at Claude, coding, AI agents, MCPs, all of it, who can build automations that make our whole operation better. But not JUST a builder, someone with a creative strategy brain who's done marketing or run Meta ads before and now loves Claude, automation, and marketing.

You'd also help lead some of our editors, so you need to be someone people can actually follow.

What I care about, and this is non-negotiable:

Communication. Your English needs to be excellent and you need to over-communicate. Poor communication drives me absolutely crazy.
Long-term and loyal. I want someone in this for the long haul who isn't quietly working for other people behind my back. I need someone I can fully trust and rely on.
Speed and passion. Fast replies, heart in the work, and you genuinely see how big this can get, how much money's in it, and how many lives it can change.
I don't care where you are. I'm in Australia, you might be in the Philippines, doesn't matter. If you fit this and you want to build it with me, that's all I care about.
