Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer (FBA + FBM Leads) | Daily Leads | Long-Term

We run a US-based Amazon business and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented VA to source profitable online arbitrage leads every single day. This is a long-term role for someone who treats lead quality like their own money is on the line.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source product leads daily
Record every lead accurately on our designated spreadsheet (product link, ASIN, buy cost, sell price, fees, profit, ROI, BSR, estimated monthly sales, seller count, notes)
Self-check every lead against the criteria below BEFORE submitting
Fix or replace any lead that gets marked RED

HOW LEADS ARE GRADED

Our dedicated VA manager reviews the spreadsheet and marks each lead:

GREEN = accepted lead
RED = rejected lead (does not meet criteria)

Any RED lead must be rectified (corrected or replaced with a qualifying lead) to count toward payment. Only GREEN leads qualify.

LEAD CRITERIA (every lead must meet ALL of these)

BSR: Top 1% or better in its category
Monthly sales: 300 to 500+ units per month, consistently (not a one-time spike)
Profit per unit: minimum $4 for FBA leads, minimum $10 for FBM leads, after ALL Amazon fees and shipping
Sellable: real, demonstrated demand and sales history
Competition: no oversaturated listings (a listing with 240 sellers is an automatic RED)
Non-restricted: product must not be restricted and must be legally sellable (no gated brands, hazmat, or IP-risk products)
Smart buy cost: factor in available discounts (promo codes, coupons, subscribe and save, multi-buy bundles) when calculating your buy cost

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience sourcing US Amazon online arbitrage leads
Confident reading Keepa charts (sales rank drops, price history, seller count over time)
Comfortable with a profit calculator like SellerAmp SAS or RevSeller
Solid understanding of Amazon fees, FBA vs FBM economics, variations, and brand restrictions
Every lead must be your own find. No recycled leads from lead lists, ---------- , or Telegram groups. We check.
Reliable internet and consistent daily availability
Strong written English and attention to detail
