About the Role

I sell medical aesthetic devices to doctors' offices in the US. I need one full-time cold caller who will work directly for me (not an agency) making outbound calls to medical practices in Oklahoma and Texas, talking past the front desk, identifying the practice owner or decision maker, and booking lunch meetings for me.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • 150 to 250 outbound dials per day using a power dialer (I provide the dialer,

the phone numbers, the call list, and the script)

  • Speak with front desk staff and doctors at medical offices
  • Find out who the decision maker is and whether the practice is independently owned
  • Book lunch meetings and lock in a date the decision maker will attend
  • Log every call outcome in my CRM (simple, I will train you)

SCHEDULE (READ CAREFULLY)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time. That is 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time. This is a night shift job. Only apply if you can genuinely work these hours long term.

PAY: $800/month base, paid every 2 weeks via Wise or similar. Plus performance bonuse paid monthly for meetings that happen and go well. A good month of bonuses can add several hundred dollars. 13th month pay included after your first year.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral, American-friendly accent
  • Cold calling or appointment setting experience with US customers
  • Quiet workspace, reliable computer, stable internet, good USB headset
  • Reliable. This is a long-term, direct-hire position for one person.
