Google Ads Specialist Needed ASAP - Remote (Sydney-Based Business)

Inner West Vision is a licensed security installation company in Sydney, Australia. We install CCTV, alarm systems, intercoms and access control for homes and businesses. We're also launching ads soon for our sister company, km.electric (electrical services) so this role has a clear path to grow.

We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who knows how to turn local search intent into booked jobs. You'll work directly with the business owner, no agency layers, no committee approvals. Just clean campaigns and honest reporting.

The role:

• Build Google Search campaigns from the ground up
• Research keywords and structure tightly-themed ad groups
• Write and A/B test ad copy that converts
• Set up conversion tracking for calls and form fills (GTM required)
• Monitor and optimize performance week to week
• Send a simple, no-fluff monthly report: spend, leads, results

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years running Google Ads campaigns, with real results to show for it
• A sharp eye for keyword match types and a proactive approach to negative keywords
• Confidence setting up Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking end-to-end
• Experience with local service businesses (trades, home services, or security is a big plus)
• Clear written English and a habit of communicating proactively, not just when asked
• Honesty, you tell us what's working and what's not, even when it's not the news we want to hear

Bonus Points but not required:

• Google Ads certification
• Experience running ads for Australian local service businesses

How we're starting out:

We'll begin with a paid trial project. You'll set up one Search campaign so we can see your setup, keyword strategy, and communication style in action, and you get a feel for working with us too. Trial pay agreed upfront, before you start.
