Pinterest Organic Specialist - Content Production & Scheduling

We're a Netherlands-based Pinterest marketing agency working with around 50 e-commerce brands in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. We're expanding into Pinterest Organic. We have a complete, documented organic system built from professional training with a Pinterest organic strategist. You will receive a detailed SOP and your job is to follow it precisely and become our main organic specialist. We need someone accurate and consistent with a lot of experience in Pinterest Organic.

You must have:

• Real Pinterest organic experience: you have managed Pinterest accounts for clients or a company with organic posting and - strategy, not just a personal account. You can show us at least one.
• Strong Canva skills: batch design, templates, text overlays, working within brand guidelines.
• Basic SEO knowledge: you understand keyword volume, long-tail keywords, and search intent.
• Excellent written English: you will write every pin title and description we publish.
• Ability to follow a documented process exactly, without shortcuts or improvisation.
• Reliable daily availability and clear communication (we use Slack).
• Strong AI workflow skills and you can produce or edit images with AI.
