Our studio is looking for an experienced Lead Video Editor with a strong background in editing long-form, educational-style content and coaching others to learn how to do the same.

What You’ll Do?

• Quality control videos inspired by styles similar to Cleo Abram, Johnny Harris, and Kallaway
• Oversee production of high-quality long-form YouTube videos, shorts, and podcasts
• Responsibility over creative briefs and editing assets
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Research, test and adapt new workflows and AI tools
• Help train and support the team to make sure they are happy and productive
• Manage deadlines and help the team deliver on time
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in long-form educational content editing
• Coaching/management/project management experience
• Reliable workstation and fast internet connection
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
