General Manager for GoHighLevel

We're a Michigan-based GoHighLevel agency serving local service businesses. I'm hiring a General Manager to own delivery end to end, so I can stay on sales.

This is not a task-taker seat. You own the client relationship, the launch date, and the builder working underneath you.
What you'll own
Every client from signed contract to ---------- intake, credential collection, kickoff call, build oversight, testing, handoff, Day 7 and Day 30 check-ins
The launch date. If it's going to slip, you tell me before it slips — not after
A GoHighLevel builder reporting to you. You scope their work, review it, and are accountable for what ships
A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and tracking approvals daily

Email deliverability: Mailgun subdomains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up
Direct client communication — email and video calls with US business owners
What I need
3+ years hands-on inside GoHighLevel, at agency or sub-account level
Technical breadth, not just workflow building. A2P, DNS, deliverability, integrations (Facebook lead ads, webhooks, APIs), contact migration
English strong enough to run a video call with a US business owner who talks fast and interrupts. This is the hardest requirement in the seat and the one I will test directly
Evidence of having owned an outcome, not just completed tasks
Full-time, 40 hrs/week, with at least 5 hours daily overlap with US Central
Reliable internet with a backup connection, a quiet space for calls, comfort with time tracking
Rate
$8–$14/hour for full-time, depending on experience. Tell me your number.

Name one client you took from signed to live. What did you collect, in what order, and what broke?
Tell me about a client you lost, or nearly lost. What happened, what you did, what you'd do differently. I am not looking for a clean record.
State your TOTAL hours per week — not your overlap hours. These are different numbers and I will notice.
State your rate.
Send me one thing I can inspect. A live sub-account you'll screenshare, a portfolio, a Loom. Curated is fine. Nothing is not.

If you have never done A2P 10DLC registration, say so plainly. I would rather hire someone honest about a gap than someone who claims everything.
