Customer Success Specialist – YouTube (Training Provided)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Success Specialist to help support clients inside our YouTube training program.

You do NOT need to be a YouTube expert. We provide training on our program and strategies.

Your main job will be helping clients, answering their questions, and making sure they know what to do next.

What You'll Do
Help clients during scheduled Zoom support calls
Answer client questions in our private online community
Learn our YouTube training and help clients follow it
Help clients when they get stuck or aren't sure what to do next
Work with our team to make sure clients have a great experience
Who We're Looking For

We're primarily looking for someone who is a great communicator and enjoys helping people.

You should have:

Excellent spoken English
Excellent written English
Confidence speaking with clients on Zoom
A friendly, positive, and patient personality
Good camera and microphone
Reliable high-speed internet
Ability to learn new information and explain it clearly
Strong reliability and communication with our team

Previous YouTube experience is a PLUS, but it is NOT required. We will train the right person.

Experience in customer support, customer success, teaching, coaching, online courses, or working directly with clients is also a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

$500 USD per month

This is a full-time position.

The schedule is flexible, but you will need to be available for scheduled Zoom calls with clients.

We're looking for someone who is reliable and interested in working with a great team.
