ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Executive Assistant / Business Manager for a client-based role supporting a growing Christian lifestyle brand and online business. Welcome Home by Gina is dedicated to inspiring women to create homes filled with more peace, more joy, and more beauty — through books, television, podcasts, speaking, online education, products, and digital media. We're building something much bigger than a business: a legacy that points women back to Christ and back to the heart of home.
The goal is to find someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who can bring structure to projects, operations, and daily execution without constant supervision. This role supports a fast-growing creator-led ministry with multiple brands, courses, and content channels. You will help turn ideas into systems, keep launches and communications consistent, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll become Gina's right hand — managing projects, people, schedules, communications, and launches so she can stay focused on teaching, writing, speaking, and creating. You'll be matched based on your skills, experience, and strengths.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF...
You are consistent, proactive, and take full ownership of your work. You don't wait to be told every step — you think ahead, organize chaos into structure, and execute with reliability.
You love creating order from complexity, notice details others miss, and enjoy building systems that make life easier. You're just as comfortable organizing spreadsheets as you are helping prepare for a television interview, book launch, speaking engagement, or product release. You find genuine satisfaction in helping someone else succeed.
This role values follow-through, honesty, communication, and initiative over perfection. You should be comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift and clarity sometimes needs to be created.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. This position has significant opportunity for growth as Welcome Home by Gina continues expanding into publishing, television, education, events, speaking, and product development.
