Finance Virtual Assistant

WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED FINANCE VA

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, experienced with Xero, and confident managing business finances, P&L reporting, reconciliations and financial performance, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage Xero and complete regular bank reconciliations
• Must have experience creating, managing and analysing P&L reports
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
• Track commissions and business KPIs
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Track cash flow and overall business performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Monitor business expenses and recurring subscriptions
• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting where required
• Ensure financial information is accurate and reconciled
• Support reporting within GoHighLevel (GHL), preferred but not essential
• Provide regular financial updates and identify any issues or discrepancies
• Take ownership of the day-to-day finance administration of the business

Requirements

• Strong finance and bookkeeping experience
• Proven experience creating and managing P&L reports is essential
• Advanced Xero knowledge
• Strong experience with bank reconciliations
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
• Experience with financial and KPI reporting
• Excellent English communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of business finances and financial performance
• GHL experience is preferred but not essential
