Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Editor

I am a Mental Performance Coach and host of The James Hempton Show, a long-form podcast featuring entrepreneurs, athletes and high performers.

I am looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager & Video Editor to help grow my personal brand, podcast and coaching business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Turning long-form podcast episodes into engaging Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
Finding the strongest hooks and moments from podcast episodes
Editing short-form videos with captions and engaging formatting
Managing and posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
Repurposing coaching videos and client-success stories
Creating simple Canva graphics and carousels
Helping write captions and post descriptions
Scheduling and maintaining a consistent content calendar
Tracking content performance and identifying what works
Organising podcast and social media content

I am looking for someone with excellent English, strong video-editing skills and a good understanding of social media growth.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts is highly desirable.

Most importantly, I want someone proactive who can eventually take ownership of content distribution rather than needing instructions for every post.
