What You'll Do
Build, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with designers and marketing strategists to launch high-performing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
Proven success with lead generation and/or eCommerce campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
Experience analyzing campaign data and making performance-driven decisions.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or other tracking tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
