Experienced Customer Service Specialist

We're a growing eCom dropshipping brand. We need someone to own the daily customer service tasks.

Type: Part-time, you have full freedom to choose your working hours. Customer email s should be answered from Monday to Saturday. At the moment, the tasks take around 1 hour per day. This amount will increase as we grow the business.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage our customer email channel (approx. 10–20 email s per day). Your main goal is to resolve inquiries quickly, prevent escalations, and handle daily operational tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
-Email Support: Answer customer email s, de-escalate issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
-Order & Address Management: Correct customer shipping addresses directly in Shopify. Cancel orders based on our operating practices in Shopify
-Supplier Coordination: Communicate directly with suppliers regarding incorrect addresses and product returns.
-AI Translation: Use AI tools effectively to translate messages and maintain seamless communication when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
-Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
-Comfortable following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Basic experience using Shopify and AI translation tools.
