Facebook Ads Launcher & Manager

We're a growing eCom dropshipping brand running paid social across European markets. We need someone to own the daily scheduling of our Facebook ad campaigns, getting new tests live every day, on time, without errors.

The core role: Scheduling, Managing Facebook Ads Manager
From Monday to Saturday, you pull fresh creatives from our Google Drive and schedule new test campaigns in Ads Manager.

Same setup, same naming conventions, same targeting structure, done right, done on time, done daily. Consistency is everything. The position at the moment is a part-time one, 1-2 hours per day. This amount will increase as we grow the business.

What you'll do:
-Turn off underperforming new launches based on our KPI's
-Manage our Facebook assets: profiles, pages, Business Managers, ad accounts
-Replace any banned or restricted assets same day so scheduling never stops
-Log every launch and kills in our working sheets

In the long-run:
-Top-up ad accounts yourself
-Request ad accounts

What we're looking for:
-Hands-on Facebook Ads Manager experience in ---------- or dropshipping
-Reliable daily availability during CET hours, this is a daily role
-Comfortable scheduling across multiple markets without mixing them up
-Detail-obsessed, even small mistakes in setup cost real money)
