Digital Marketing Account Specialist (E-commerce)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. This role focuses on managing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling content, coordinating ad plans, executing campaigns, and preparing job orders (JOs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Please note that this is not a customer service role. This is a digital marketing role that requires candidates to be knowledgeable and an expert in the digital marketing industry.

Scheduling & Coordination
> Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms
> Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely posting based on the campaign plan
> Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery

Job Order (JO) Creation & Management
> Prepare and process job orders for creative, production, and ad requirements
> Track and update the status of JOs to ensure deadlines are met
> Maintain accurate documentation and files for ongoing and completed projects

Ad Planning & Execution
> Assist in planning digital ad campaigns (Facebook , Instagram, Google, etc.)
> Coordinate with the ad operations or media buying team for campaign setup and execution
> Monitor live campaigns and assist in preparing basic performance reports

Administrative Support
> Handle documentation, reports, and internal coordination between teams and clients
> Support the Account Manager in day-to-day administrative and client-related tasks
> Help in organizing meetings, presentations, and campaign recaps as needed

Experience:
> Digital marketing - paid ads and email
