AI Expert; Vendor Aquisition

We are looking for someone who understands AI tools AND real-world execution.

Your main goal:
???? Find and onboard new vendors (small businesses, creators, cultural brands)
???? Use AI + automation + manual outreach to scale this process

This is NOT just research — we want someone who can take action, test, and improve daily.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Vendor Sourcing
Find potential vendors across:

Facebook Groups
Instagram / TikTok
Reddit
Online communities & marketplaces

???? Outreach & Acquisition
Send outreach messages (DMs, comments, email s)
Build relationships with potential vendors
Follow up consistently to convert them into sellers

???? AI-Powered Execution
Use AI tools like:
ChatGPT / Claude (for messaging, research, personalization)
Lead scraping tools (if experienced)
Automation tools (bonus)
Help improve outreach scripts using AI
Suggest smarter, faster ways to scale vendor acquisition

???? Tracking & Optimization
Track outreach (who was contacted, responses, conversions)
Improve messaging based on what works
Suggest new ideas weekly

Requirements:
Must-Have:
Strong English communication (written)
Experience with social media outreach or lead generation
Resourceful and proactive (you figure things out, not wait)
Organized and consistent
Comfortable working independently

BIG Plus:
Experience using AI tools like:
ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Familiar with:

Facebook groups marketing
Reddit outreach
Instagram DM strategies
Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces
