JOIN OUR TEAM: SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR (FULL-TIME)

Futura Painting is growing fast across the Portland metro, Salem, and Albany, and we need an editor who can help us tell that story on social media.

Every week you'll get raw footage: exterior transformations, crew on job sites, talking-head clips, before-and-afters. Your job is to shape it into scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook .

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Proven experience editing short-form video
A sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, and what keeps people watching
Skilled with captions, text overlays, sound design, B-roll, and transitions
A knack for spotting the best moments in raw, unscripted footage
Versatility. You don't lean on one template for every video
You can move fast without sacrificing quality
Solid written and spoken English
A plus if you've worked with contractors, home services, or trades brands before

We publish 1 to 2 videos a day, so pace matters as much as polish.

This is a full-time role with long-term potential.
