Video creator and graphic designer

I am looking to hire a video content creator and a digital designer.
This job would include creating social media videos from the pictures and videos that I take during business days.
I am also looking for a graphic designer who has the ability to take screenshot pictures, logos, and recreate them into clean png, pdf, and ai files. This job would be approx 10 hours/ week. Possibly more if needed.
