About Simour
Simour Design is a medical interior design firm specializing exclusively in interior design for medical practices and healthcare spaces.
We're looking for a creative all-around visual storyteller who can take our actual interior design projects (renders, walkthroughs, real footage) and turn them into polished 3D visualizations, 360° experiences, and short-form branding videos for our website and social media.
This is a project-based role, with work assigned as projects arise.

What You'll Create
We are specifically looking for someone who can produce:

1. 360° & 3D Interior Visualizations
High-quality 3D renderings of medical interiors from CAD, Revit, and SketchUp source files
360° virtual experiences / panoramic views
3D walkthroughs or animations when needed
Realistic polished visuals that accurately communicate our interior designs

2. Brand & Marketing Videos
Short-form video reels built from our real project renders and footage
AI-enhanced content layered in for extra polish and drama, atmosphere, motion, and effects that elevate what we've actually built
Full video editing: cutting, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and music
Creative, emotional storytelling that fits our brand for social media and marketing
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating 3D interior visualizations
Experience producing 360° / panoramic interior experiences
Strong video editing and storytelling skills, including audio/sound design
Experience creating videos that blend 3D-rendered and AI-generated/AI-enhanced content
Excellent eye for interior design, realism, composition, and aesthetics
Ability to take raw project assets (renders, photos, footage) and turn them into polished, finished content with minimal direction
Reliable, creative, and able to meet agreed deadlines

Tools
We are open to different software and workflows. Experience with tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, or similar platforms is a plus.
Your portfolio and quality of work matter more to us than the specific software you use.
