About the Role

Senior Marketing Assistant (Full-Time) — Grow Into a Marketing Operations Role | $700-$1,000/month starting salary

About Us

Zero to Hero Trading ( ---------- ) is a fast-growing US-based trading education company. We help everyday people learn to trade with skill and discipline, and we run a high-volume marketing engine to do it — live webinars three times a week, paid ads, SMS and email campaigns, and a full automation stack. You'll work directly with our CMO and become a core part of a small, fast-moving team.

The Role

This is NOT a "task rabbit" VA position. You'll start by supporting our CMO with daily marketing operations, and as you prove yourself, you'll grow into a Marketing Operative who owns your own initiatives, pipelines, and results. If you're organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to build a longterm marketing career with a fast-growing company, this role is designed for you.

What You'll Do

Webinar Moderation (core responsibility)

  • Moderate our 3 weekly live webinars: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, 7:00–10:00 PM US Eastern (that's 7:00–10:00 AM Philippine time the following morning. A morning shift, not a graveyard shift!)
  • Delete spam comments, drop the booking link, answer attendee questions, and handle basic tech support
  • Occasionally moderate special webinars or webinars moved to a different day — flexibility here is a must

Daily Marketing Upkeep

  • Switch out landing pages, text sequences, and automations for each upcoming webinar
  • Re-register leads into our webinars
  • Send organic SMS and email campaigns in GoHighLevel (GHL) and Mailchimp
  • Check booking links regularly to make sure they're always working
  • Keep our marketing trackers updated and accurate
  • Monitor all marketing automations and fix issues when they break

Assorted Marketing Tasks

  • Build lists for organic and internal marketing initiatives
  • Set up and update automations in Zapier, GHL, Close, and Mailchimp
  • Schedule and send SMS/email broadcasts
  • Gather and organize data for the team
  • Reply to correspondence on behalf of the CMO

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English — you'll be chatting with our (mostly American) audience live
  • Must be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings US Eastern time (Wednesday, Friday, and Monday mornings PH time) — non-negotiable
  • Flexibility in availability for work hours. This is a full-time position (around 40 hours/week). However you have complete time freedom. You do NOT need to be on the clock from 9-5 (you just need to complete your tasks by the deadlines/at the required times).
  • Extremely detail-oriented — a broken link or wrong date costs us real money
  • Reliable and self-directed — when something breaks, you investigate and fix it, not just report it
  • Fast, stable internet connection with a backup plan (power + internet) for live webinars
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Zapier, Close, or Zoom Webinars is a big plus — but we'll train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

What You Get

  • $750-$1,000/month starting salary depending on experience (bonuses and raises will be given for performance and time in the company)
  • Long-term, stable position — we're looking for someone to grow with us for years not months
  • Direct mentorship from our CMO — you'll learn paid ads, funnels, automation, and marketing operations from the inside
  • A real growth path: prove yourself and you'll own your own initiatives and pipelines, with pay increases to match
  • Small team, no bureaucracy: your work is seen and valued
  • Flexible work schedule - you do not need to work 9-5 hours. Your hours are based on what needs to be completed, not the clock.

How to Apply

We read every application, but we only respond to those who follow instructions (attention to detail starts here!):

  • Start your application with the word "MARKETING ASSISTANT" in the first line
  • Tell us in a few sentences why you believe this role is a great fit for you
  • Tell us in a few sentences your previous work experience / where you worked / what role you were in / what responsibilities you had
  • List any experience you have with GHL, Mailchimp, Zapier, Close CRM, Zoom, Meta Ads, Roezan (it's okay if you have none — just say so honestly)
  • Confirm you are available Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 7–10 PM US Eastern (Wed/Fri/Mon mornings PH time)
  • Include your internet speed test result (speedtest.net screenshot or link)

We're excited to meet you!
