Virtual Assistant – Facebook Marketplace & Craigslist Outreach (Car Sellers)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help us reach out directly to people selling cars on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and similar platforms.

We run Saturday Car Lot, a local outdoor car sale event in the Tampa, Florida area. Every month we help car owners sell their vehicles faster by giving them a spot at our event where real local buyers show up in person. Your job would be to find people already listing cars for sale online and let them know about this option.

What you'll be doing:

• Searching Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other listing sites for cars for sale in our target area
• Sending personalized direct messages to sellers using templates we provide (not copy-paste spam — we'll show you how to tweak each one)
• Logging every contact and response in a simple spreadsheet we'll share with you
• Following up with sellers who don't respond right away
• Hitting a daily outreach target we'll agree on together

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable navigating Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist
• Good written English — friendly, natural, not robotic
• Detail-oriented and consistent with daily tracking/reporting
• Self-starter who doesn't need heavy hand-holding once trained
• Prior experience with lead generation, outreach, or social media messaging is a plus

Important: this is manual, one-by-one outreach — no bots, no automation tools, no mass messaging software. We'll walk you through exactly how we want it done to keep our accounts in good standing.

Hours: Part-time to start, with room to grow into more hours as we scale.
Pay: Based on experience, paid weekly.
