Avatar Creator (Google Flow / Veo 3.1) – Ecommerce UGC

We are hiring 1 more AI Avatar Creator to join our growing ecommerce content team.

IMPORTANT: We are ONLY looking for applicants with previous experience using Google Flow and Veo 3.1 to create AI avatar videos and ecommerce UGC content.

If you have never used Google Flow or Veo 3.1, please do not apply.

About Us

We create AI pages on Instagram and Facebook that promote products through engaging AI avatar videos.

You will NOT be writing scripts.

Every day you will receive:

• Finished script
• Product information
• Creative direction
• Reference videos
• Brand guidelines

Your job is to transform those scripts into realistic, engaging AI UGC videos that look authentic and convert viewers into buyers.

Responsibilities

• Create AI avatar videos using Google Flow and Veo 3.1
• Produce realistic ecommerce UGC content
• Generate product scenes and supporting B-roll
• Use HeyGen when needed
• Edit videos in CapCut
• Add captions, music, transitions, and effects
• Match our editing style
• Organize completed work in Google Drive
• Communicate daily regarding progress

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants MUST have experience with:

Google Flow

Veo 3.1 or Omni Flash

AI Avatar creation

Ecommerce UGC videos

CapCut

Preferred experience:

Google flow/capcut/claude

Requirements

• Strong English comprehension
• Strong internet connection
• Reliable computer
• Reliable power supply
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow detailed instructions
• Available 5 days per week
• Able to communicate daily

Expected Workload

Approximately 3–5 videos per day, depending on complexity.

Compensation

• $3-4 per video. Starting pay depending on complexity.
• Performance bonuses
• $50 bonus for every 1 million combined Instagram + Facebook views on videos you create
• Raises based on performance
• Long-term growth opportunities

When finished:

1. Upload the completed video to Google Drive.
2. Set sharing permissions to Anyone with the link can view.
3. Include the Google Drive link in your application.
