AI-Enabled Ecommerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy person to work directly with the owner of two growing U.S. businesses in the premium shower and home-design industry.

One company is an established ecommerce business selling high-end shower fixtures and products from premium manufacturers. The second is a U.S. manufacturer of unique copper shower systems that is rapidly expanding its products, marketing, ecommerce presence, and internal operations.

This is NOT a customer service, sales, cold-calling, or appointment-setting position.

This is a hands-on EXECUTION role.

We have more valuable projects and growth opportunities than our small team currently has time to complete. We need someone who enjoys taking a project, researching what they don't know, using AI and technology intelligently, organizing the information, and getting the work DONE.

Your work will include a variety of projects such as:

• Shopify product creation and product-page management
• Adding and researching new products and manufacturers
• SEO, keyword research, AEO, and website optimization
• AI-assisted content creation and editing
• Canva and social media content
• Product and competitor research
• Vendor and manufacturer research
• Spreadsheet and data organization
• Basic bookkeeping/accounting preparation
• Organizing receipts, invoices, and business records
• Creating and organizing SOPs and internal documentation
• Turning recordings and transcripts into professional procedures and guides
• Organizing installation guides and technical information
• General ecommerce and business operations projects

AI is a MAJOR part of how we operate.

We actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other technology to allow a small team to accomplish much more. We are especially interested in someone who already uses AI creatively for research, ecommerce, content, spreadsheets, organization, documentation, and repetitive workflows.

You do NOT need to be an expert in everything listed above.

We would much rather hire someone who is intelligent, extremely detail-oriented, dependable, curious, and excellent at figuring things out.

Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, ChatGPT/Claude, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, SEO, product listings, and online research is strongly preferred.

Experience with QuickBooks, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, Ahrefs/Semrush, Zapier/Make, Loom, Scribe, or basic HTML is a bonus.

This is intended to become a LONG-TERM position.

We are looking for one exceptional person who wants to learn our businesses, take increasing ownership of projects, and grow with us over time.

The position will begin at approximately 20–30 hours per week with the opportunity for increased hours, compensation, and responsibility for the right person.

The schedule can be largely flexible/asynchronous. You do not need to work overnight Philippine hours simply to match U.S. business hours.

We care about quality, reliability, communication, attention to detail, and completed results — not whether you are sitting at your computer during a particular U.S. time zone.
