We are looking for an experienced Social Media Virtual Assistant who understands how to create content that people actually want to watch, share, save, and engage with.

This is not an entry level role. You should already have hands on experience managing Instagram content, editing Reels, researching trends, and creating content calendars.

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels from provided footage
• Research trending and viral Reels, sounds, hooks, formats, and content ideas
• Identify trends that make sense for our brand and apply them to our content
• Help develop and maintain a content calendar
• Organize content around clear content pillars
• Create carousel posts in Canva
• Write captions, hooks, and calls to action
• Repurpose existing content into new posts and Reels
• Help grow engagement, reach, and followers
• Track what content performs well and use those insights to improve future content

You Should Have Experience With

• Instagram Reels
• Short form video editing
• CapCut
• Canva
• Instagram content strategy
• Content calendars
• Content pillars
• Trend and competitor research
• Writing social media captions and hooks
• Understanding what makes content shareable, saveable, and engaging
