One-Time Real Estate Skip Tracing / Research Project

The goal is to identify real estate agents who are currently active in one of the five specified counties. For each agent, I need their full name, email address, and phone number.
Your responsibilities:
Remove duplicate or inactive agents/revoked agents
Find active real estate agents/Realtors in the areas I provide.Collin county,Dallas County,Denton County, Kaufman county, and Tarrant County-All of these are in the sate of Texas only
Check the agent’s brokerage
Search Google, Facebook , LinkedIn, brokerage websites, Realtor directories, and other legitimate public sources.
If an agent cannot be found or verified delete
Enter all information into the Google Sheet I provide.
Make sure the information is accurate and organized.

This is a one-time project, but there may be an opportunity for additional projects if the work is accurate and completed well.
Important: I am looking for someone who is good at researching and finding information—not someone who will simply copy information from one website. Accuracy and verification are very important.
