About the Role

We're looking for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing agency and play a key role in helping both our clients and our internal team create smarter, more effective marketing campaigns through automation.

In this role, you'll combine marketing strategy, customer journey development, campaign execution and automation to help businesses nurture leads, improve engagement, increase conversions and build stronger customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
CRM & Marketing Campaign Management
Manage and optimise CRM platforms for the agency and our clients

Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, custom fields, tags and audience segmentation

Develop and manage marketing audiences and customer segments

Support CRM implementations, migrations and marketing system improvements

Conduct CRM audits and recommend opportunities to improve marketing performance

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
Build and maintain automated marketing workflows across email , SMS and CRM platforms

Develop lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement and retention campaigns

Create customer journeys based on customer behaviour, triggers and conditions

Build automated sequences designed to move leads through the customer journey

Test, troubleshoot and optimise marketing automation workflows

Use automation to improve lead engagement, conversion and customer retention

Integrate CRM and marketing platforms with third-party applications where required

Campaign & Customer Journey Management
Build automated email and SMS customer journeys

Assist with campaign planning, setup, scheduling and delivery

Support copywriting for email campaigns, SMS messages and nurture sequences

Develop messaging that aligns with different stages of the customer journey

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Work with the team to continually improve customer experience and campaign results

Marketing Process & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and administrative tasks

Build workflows that improve marketing productivity and campaign efficiency

Streamline lead management, follow-ups, reporting and customer communications

Improve marketing processes through automation and technology

Document marketing processes, SOPs and workflow maps

Research and recommend marketing technologies that can improve campaign performance and business growth

Client Success
Work directly with clients to understand their marketing, CRM and automation requirements

Translate marketing objectives into practical campaigns, customer journeys and automation solutions

Support client onboarding and CRM/marketing automation training

Communicate campaign progress, results and recommendations with clients

Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and marketing support

Reporting & Marketing Optimisation
Monitor campaign, workflow and customer journey performance

Track key marketing metrics including leads, engagement, conversions and customer retention

Create reports and dashboards

Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement

Recommend strategies to improve lead conversion, engagement and customer experience

Continuously test and optimise campaigns, messaging and customer journeys

About You
You'll ideally have:

2-3+ years' experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation or a similar role

Hands-on experience building email and SMS marketing campaigns and automation workflows

Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing and conversion

Experience using CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zoho or similar

Experience with email marketing, campaign management and audience segmentation

Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer lifecycle strategies

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

A marketing-focused and commercially minded approach, with a passion for improving campaigns, customer experiences and business results

A creative and strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail
