Cold Email & Lead Gen Specialist (Instantly) — Fix Deliverability, English Market

We're a B2B company working with Amazon sellers. We already have our lead lists and email accounts, and we run cold email campaigns through Instantly — but we're facing a real challenge: email s are landing in spam, some inboxes are getting blocked, and campaigns aren't performing.

We need a specialist who can OWN the entire outbound process — from lead generation to fixing deliverability to running and monitoring the campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate and research targeted Amazon seller / e-commerce leads
• Diagnose and FIX our current deliverability problems (spam, blocked inboxes)
• Set up domains, inboxes and warm-up correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Build, launch, run and monitor campaigns in Instantly
• Keep our email s OUT of spam and optimize continuously for replies
• Report on performance (open, reply, bounce rates)

MUST-HAVE (all required)

• Hands-on experience with Instantly (setup, warm-up, deliverability)
• Proven ability to fix deliverability issues (spam, blocked domains/inboxes)
• Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain/inbox setup
• Lead generation / list building experience
• Good written English
• Self-driven — you own the process, we don't micromanage

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Amazon sellers / e-commerce audiences
• Zoho CRM experience
