YouTube Video Editor – Long-Term Position | $15/Video

We are looking for a reliable and creative video editor to join our team and edit videos for our YouTube channel.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with the channel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing YouTube videos from provided raw footage
• Cutting out unnecessary/boring sections and keeping the video engaging
• Adding text, captions, zooms, sound effects, music, B-roll, and other elements when appropriate
• Creating smooth transitions and maintaining good pacing
• Making the first 30–60 seconds especially engaging to improve viewer retention
• Following our editing style and improving it over time
• Making revisions when necessary

What We're Looking For

You should be:

• Experienced with YouTube-style video editing
• Able to make videos entertaining and engaging, not just cut clips together
• Creative and able to make editing decisions on your own
• Reliable with deadlines
• Good at communicating
• Detail-oriented
• Able to take feedback without repeating the same mistakes
• Interested in working with us long-term

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software is fine.

Pay

Starting pay: $10 USD per completed video

There will be consistent work available for the right person.

As the channel grows and you prove that you're reliable and produce high-quality work, there will be opportunities for higher pay and more responsibility.
