Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Sales Closer & Cold Caller

Skybound Wealth Group is a fast-growing real estate company looking for a driven, results-oriented Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of our outbound sales pipeline — from first dial to signed deal. You'll be the first voice prospects hear and the closer that gets them to yes, backed by strong systems and a supportive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cold calling: High-volume outbound calls to motivated seller and buyer leads
• Sales closing: Qualify, nurture, and convert leads into agreements
• Lead management: Organize, track, and follow up on leads at every stage of the pipeline
• CRM integration: Update and maintain pipelines in real time (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Podio, or similar)
• Appointment setting: Schedule consultations and property walkthroughs for our agents
• Pipeline reporting: Daily summaries, KPI tracking, and conversion notes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate background is a strong plus)
• Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent English — spoken and written
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Podio, or similar)
• Highly organized, able to manage high call volumes and multiple pipelines simultaneously
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Reliable remote setup: high-speed internet, quiet workspace, headset
