Cold Caller

We're hiring ONE appointment setter. Not a batch, not a
pool. One seat, one person, long term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You call business owners and financial advisors in the US
and Canada from a list we build and enrich for you. You
introduce the offer, qualify them against written
criteria, and book a meeting on our client's calendar.

Then you stay with that prospect. You confirm the meeting,
you remind them, and when someone reschedules or doesn't
show up, you call them back personally and get the meeting
back on the calendar. That last part is the most important
part of this job. Most setters stop at the booking. You
won't.

Roughly 100 to 150 dials a day. We use a dialer, a CRM,
and a script you'll be trained on before your first call.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• The list. You never prospect or scrape your own leads.
• The script, and training on it before you dial.
• The dialer, CRM, and phone system.
• Direct access to me. I train and brief every setter

personally. You will not be handed off to a manager.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
(9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time).

This is a graveyard shift. Please be honest with yourself
about this before applying. If you can't hold this
schedule consistently, this role will not work for you and
we'll both waste our time.

PAY

$700 USD per month base, paid twice monthly.
Plus $25 USD for every appointment you book that actually
shows up.

Consistent performers land 8 to 12 showed appointments a
month, which puts realistic total pay at $900 to $1,000.

REQUIREMENTS

• Clear, confident spoken English. Neutral accent

preferred but a clear one matters more than a neutral
one.

• A working headset with a noise-cancelling mic.
• Stable internet, minimum 20 Mbps, with a backup

connection or a plan for outages.

• A quiet room. No roosters, no tricycles, no family in

the background. Business owners hang up on background
noise.

• Willing to be recorded and coached on your calls weekly.

Experience in BPO, telemarketing, or appointment setting
is a plus. It is not required. If you've never done this
and you can hold a conversation with a stranger, apply
anyway. Everyone who passes the screen gets the same
15-minute call.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

• Not commission only.
• Not an unpaid trial.
• Not "build your portfolio."
• Not a client-hopping agency where you get moved every

month.
