Digital Marketing, Community & Sales Specialist – Metro Manila

We’re a husband-and-wife team with an established independent wellness business, now expanding our activity in the Philippines.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Filipino team member to work closely with us and help us build our local digital presence, community and customer base.

This is NOT just a social media posting role.

We’re looking for someone who can combine social media, content creation, AI, community building and sales — and grow with us as our Philippine activity expands.

YOUR ROLE:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Use AI tools, Canva and video editing tools to create high-quality content efficiently
• Turn our ideas, lifestyle, business activities and existing materials into Reels, posts, stories and other content
• Bring new content ideas and trends relevant to the Filipino audience
• Manage daily social media activity and engagement
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads
• Conduct sales/closing conversations with qualified leads via chat, phone or video call
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized lead follow-up
• Help us identify and build the right online community platform for our Filipino audience
• Manage and engage that community on a daily basis
• Create flyers, presentations and marketing materials using Canva
• Track results including leads, appointments, conversions and community growth

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Based in Metro Manila — preferably BGC, Taguig, Makati or nearby
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of Filipino social media culture and trends
• Confident talking to people and comfortable with sales and closing conversations
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience creating short-form content
• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, design, video or marketing
• Organized, reliable and proactive
• Someone who brings ideas and solutions instead of simply waiting for instructions

Experience in sales, wellness, fitness, digital marketing or community building is a strong advantage.

COMPENSATION:

Starting base salary + monthly performance bonuses based on measurable results.

There is an opportunity to grow your role and income as our Philippine business grows and you create results.

Selected candidates will begin with a paid trial period.
