Appointment Setter — US Marketing Agency (HVAC Cold Calling, Long-Term)

NeuroBoost Media is a Meta ads agency serving home-service businesses (HVAC, roofing, painting) across the United States. We're a small, growing team hiring dedicated appointment setters to become a core part of what we're building. This is not a temporary gig — we want people who will grow with us long-term.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time (roughly 12 AM to 8 AM Philippines time). Graveyard shift — you must be able to commit to this schedule long-term.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• 100 to 150 outbound calls per day to HVAC business owners in the United States
• Follow our proven script and playbook (full training provided)
• Book qualified discovery meetings on our founder's calendar
• Log every call in our custom-built dialer tool
• Get real-time AI coaching during every call — our custom tool shows you exact lines to say, objection responses, and warnings if you're going off-script. You will never be alone on a call.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Near-native American English pronunciation — this is non-negotiable, HVAC business owners in the US need to hear an accent they trust
• Minimum 6 months of prior outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
• Stable high-speed internet, quiet home office, reliable computer, and quality headset
• Thick skin — you can handle rejection and push through 100+ dials a day without losing energy
• Someone who wants long-term stability, not a stopgap job between other work

COMPENSATION

We don't pay for showing up — we pay for work done. Here's the structure:

• Week 1 (Trial Week): $200 USD, released only after you complete 300 dials during your first week. If you don't hit 300 dials, you don't get paid for that week. This is intentional — it filters out non-serious applicants and ensures we're both committed before we invest further in each other.
• Base (Week 2 onward): $1,000 USD per month, paid weekly, contingent on maintaining a minimum of 100 dials per working day.
• Meeting Bonus: $30 USD for every qualified meeting you book.
• Retainer Sign Bonus: $300 USD for every client that signs a retainer from meetings you booked.
• Realistic top performers earn $1,800 to $2,500 USD per month total.

A qualified meeting is defined as one where the prospect (a) attends the scheduled call, (b) is the owner or decision-maker, and (c) operates an HVAC business with at least 2 trucks. Meeting bonuses are paid weekly for meetings that meet all three criteria.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

• Script and playbook training on Day 1 before you start dialing (unpaid — this is your investment in the role, same as we invest in you)
• Access to recorded example calls
• Direct daily support from the founder
• Team Slack channel with other appointment setters
• Real-time AI coaching tool active on every call you make
