Freelance Residential 3D Rendering Artist

Cooperation Mode: 100% remote work, paid per project / per render, no in-office requirement.
Project Scope: Canadian single-family home renovations, home additions, backyard garden suites (ADU), exterior facade upgrades, full interior home remodels.
Job Responsibilities (Core Requirements)
1. Produce high-quality exterior + interior photorealistic renderings based on provided Site Plans, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
2. Able to complete full renovation and addition renderings with no architectural drawings available, only existing house photos:

• 3D visualization for new home additions
• Full exterior facade renovation & redesign rendering
• Renderings for patio, driveway, and roof renovation
• Full-house interior renovation renderings

3. Accurately recreate authentic North American residential materials and scenes, including house siding, roof shingles, windows & doors, pavement, yard landscaping, and realistic lighting effects.
4. Adjust camera angles, color schemes, materials, and spatial layouts per feedback, and deliver high-resolution final renders for client presentation and project consultation.
Important Note: This role only produces visual presentation renderings.
Job Requirements (Hard Requirements)

• Proficient in both architectural exterior rendering and interior design rendering (candidates only skilled in interior rendering are not qualified).
• Able to read and understand Site Plans, floor plans and elevation drawings for accurate 3D modeling.
• Capable of modeling new home additions and renovations purely based on existing house photos.
• Familiar with mainstream rendering workflows: SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender + V-Ray / Corona / Lumion.
• Must have a portfolio featuring North American residential projects, home additions, garden suites, and house renovations. Portfolio is mandatory for application.
• Good communication skills, cooperative with revision requests, and able to deliver work on schedule.
