About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-cycle recruiting position supporting both Crisp's internal hiring and recruitment for our U.S.-based law firm clients.

We are looking for a recruiter with extensive U.S. recruiting experience, excellent English communication skills, and a highly professional and confident presence. Your ability to communicate naturally and professionally with U.S. candidates, hiring managers, and clients is extremely important.

Experience recruiting for law firms or within the legal industry is a major plus. Experience using Greenhouse ATS is also a plus.

What We're Looking For

You must have strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, along with proven full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through hire. You should be highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple recruiting searches.

We want someone with excellent communication skills who is confident speaking with candidates and clients, presents themselves professionally, and knows how to build trust throughout the recruiting process.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, candidate evaluation, follow-up, and pipeline management skills are essential. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and does not need to be constantly told what to do.

Most importantly, we want a recruiter with a strong recruiter presence who understands how to identify top talent, sell opportunities, conduct high-quality interviews, and represent Crisp and our clients at a high professional level.
