Discord Manager / HR Allrounder (Ecommerce Team)

We run a ---------- server for our Ecommerce company and need a fast-responding allrounder who is chronically online!

You will:

• Run and moderate our team ----------
• Handle simple one-off VA tasks (sheets, docs, admin)
• Be our HR manager: onboard new hires, do 1-on-1 check-ins with the team members, and report directly to the CEO

You are: reliable, great on calls, comfortable leading people, and never more than a few minutes not-responding

Part-time (20 hrs/week), long-term role - you'll grow with the company.
