Warm Lead Appointment Setter – 300K+ Personal Brand

We generate thousands of warm inbound leads through free dating guides and are looking for an experienced appointment setter to help turn those leads into booked calls.

This is not traditional cold calling. The people you will contact have already requested one of our free guides and provided their contact information.

Responsibilities:

• Call new leads quickly
• Follow up with leads by phone and text
• Follow our provided script
• Qualify leads and schedule free breakdown calls
• Follow up consistently with leads who don’t answer
• Accurately record every call, message, and appointment
• Work during U.S. calling hours

Requirements:

• Clear and confident spoken English
• Previous phone-based customer service, outbound calling, or appointment-setting experience
• Comfortable working Philippine night shifts
• Reliable internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving through call reviews

Starting schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Starting compensation: between $3-6 USD per hour plus performance-based commission.
