Full-Stack Web Developer & Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer & Technical Project Manager to lead the
development and ongoing improvement of our internal business applications. This role
combines hands-on software development with technical project management, working closely
with executive leadership to deliver scalable solutions that improve business operations.
You'll build modern web applications, leverage AI-assisted development tools, manage
technical projects, and help drive the migration of legacy systems to a more efficient and
integrated platform.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

? Design, build, and maintain our internal intranet platform and business applications.
? Develop new features using React, Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and AI-assisted
tools such as Claude Code.
? Build and maintain secure APIs and third-party integrations.
? Improve system performance, usability, and scalability.
? Debug, test, and resolve application issues before deployment.
DevOps & System Management
? Manage GitHub repositories, code reviews, and version control workflows.
? Deploy and maintain applications using Vercel.
? Administer Supabase databases, authentication, and backend services.
? Support the migration of systems and workflows away from Deltek.
Technical Project Management
? Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and development plans.
? Manage project roadmaps, milestones, priorities, and delivery timelines.
? Track progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
? Coordinate testing, user feedback, and feature releases.
? Document key technical decisions, system changes, and development processes.
Executive Collaboration
? Partner with executive leadership to understand business needs and recommend
technical solutions.
? Provide regular project updates and communicate progress effectively.
? Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web
development.
? Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, and Vercel.
? Experience building and maintaining RESTful API integrations.
? Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar.
? Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
? Experience managing technical projects, priorities, and roadmaps.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience migrating legacy systems and business workflows.
? Experience building internal business applications such as project management,
resource planning, timesheets, or reporting tools.
? Knowledge of CI/CD, application security, and software architecture best practices.
