Full-Time | Remote | COLD CALLER
> 40 hours a week

We are urgently seeking a COLD CALLER to generate new clients through outbound calls. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in managing high call volumes. If you're adept at making successful cold calls while contributing to the overall success of a sales team, this is the role for you!

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and objections.
• Drive sales and conversions through consistent follow-ups.
• Manage customer interactions and build strong relationships.
• Evaluate performance and work towards meeting call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall results and reduce churn rates.
• Provide feedback to improve the sales script and approach.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

*REQUIREMENTS*

• Extensive experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Proven track record in outbound cold calls that lead to sales.
• Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with booking systems and handling customer calls.
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*CONTRACT DETAILS*
*Remote independent contractor role
*40 hours/week (US daytime hours – EST or PST)
*Long-term ongoing contract
