Tech & Content Virtual Assistant for Online Music Brand (3–5 hrs/week to start)

I am looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join my team as a long-term operations partner for an online education brand for indie music creators.

I’m looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and comfortable navigating web platforms, content research, and basic video formatting.

What you’ll be doing:
Target Audience Research: Finding 30–50 specific Instagram profiles per week based on provided criteria and organizing them into a clean Google Sheet.

Content & Trend Research: Monitoring music/creator accounts weekly to gather trending audio links, post hooks, and visual ideas.

Platform & Sales Page Setup: Assisting with formatting copy, uploading assets, and styling sales/landing pages on platforms like ---------- and Canva.

Content Formatting: Adding accurate captions to short-form videos (e.g., using CapCut) and scheduling posts.

Requirements:
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new web platforms/tools.
Great attention to detail and strong written English skills.
Reliable with deadlines and proactive in communication.
Interest or experience in social media, music, or creator brands is a huge plus!

Hours & Compensation: This role starts at 3–5 hours per week with potential to grow as our launches expand. Pay: $7/h.
