Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a premium online fitness coaching business. This role is focused on DM outreach, lead qualification, and sales call booking through meaningful, human conversations — not scripted or automated messaging.

This is not a basic admin role. You will play a key part in converting followers into qualified leads by identifying their problems, building rapport, and guiding them toward a sales call.

Key Responsibilities

1. DM Outreach & Lead Qualification

• Manually go through 5,000+ Instagram followers to identify potential leads
• Initiate and maintain organic, human conversations (NO AI-generated messages)
• Focus on uncovering the prospect’s real problems, frustrations, and goals
• Build rapport and guide conversations naturally toward a sales call opportunity
• Avoid surface-level chats — conversations should be **intentional and problem-focused

2. Qualifying Ideal Clients

You will assess whether leads fit our target demographic:

*Professionals aged 21+

• Interested in improving fitness, physique, and mindset
• Financially capable of investing in a premium 6-month coaching programme
• Serious about long-term change (not quick fixes)

3. Booking Sales Calls

• Confidently transition qualified leads toward booking a call
• Use Calendly to schedule calls efficiently
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and aligned with availability
• Maintain a smooth and professional booking experience

4. Calendar Management

• Organize and manage the coach’s calendar
• Ensure no overlaps or missed appointments
• Keep records of booked calls and lead status

Requirements

• Impeccable written and spoken English
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Ability to hold natural, engaging conversations (not robotic or scripted)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in:

• Instagram
• ChatGPT (for support — not for direct messaging)
• Calendly
• Google Docs

Working Hours & Pay

• 20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday (4 hours per day)
• £5–£7 per hour (based on experience and performance)
