Experienced Trucking Dispatcher / Operations Assistant (Carrier + Brokerage)

Summary
We are looking for an experienced operations assistant with a background in the US trucking industry to help manage day-to-day operations for a growing carrier and brokerage.

This is NOT an entry-level role. Do not apply if you need training.

Responsibilities:

• Review rate confirmations and extract all load details accurately
• Communicate clearly with drivers (pickup, delivery, special instructions)
• Communicate with brokers (check calls, updates, issues)
• Handle basic billing (PODs, invoicing, factoring submission)
• Ensure ZERO errors when dispatching load details

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with a US trucking company or dispatcher
• Strong understanding of:
• Rate confirmations
• BOLs
• Detention, layover, TONU
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Attention to detail is critical (mistakes will not be tolerated)

Hours:

• Flexible, but must be available during US business hours

Pay:

• Based on experience (DO NOT APPLY if expecting training)
