Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation

Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated, confident Virtual Assistant to generate leads for our real estate and construction business.

Responsibilities
Cold call and contact homeowners and property owners.
Identify potential home sellers and homeowners interested in additions, remodeling, renovations, or general contracting.
Qualify prospects and collect basic information.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Track calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM/Google Sheets.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable making cold calls.
Confident, persistent, and professional.
Organized and reliable.
Previous sales, lead generation, real estate, or construction experience preferred.
