We are seeking a motivated, confident Virtual Assistant to generate referral opportunities for The Therapy Company, a mental health psychotherapy practice.

Responsibilities
Contact medical offices, schools, community organizations, and other referral sources.
Introduce The Therapy Company’s psychotherapy services and build referral relationships.
Identify potential referral opportunities.
Follow up consistently with referral sources.
Schedule calls or meetings with potential referral partners.
Track outreach, referrals, and follow-ups in our CRM/Google Sheets.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable making cold calls.
Confident, professional, and personable.
Organized and reliable.
Previous healthcare, mental health, sales, lead generation, or referral outreach experience preferred.
