Creative AI Video Producer for Pocket Party (Higgsfield + Seedance 2.5)

Pocket Party is a mobile party-game app built around funny, social moments. We are hiring a creative and technically capable AI video producer in the Philippines to build a steady pipeline of short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

This reference was made quickly by our founder. Your job is to take this format and make it significantly better: stronger ideas, funnier execution, more natural human behavior, better character and scene consistency, better pacing, cleaner sound and a more polished final result.

THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM
You must be willing to work inside our supplied production system:

• Pocket Party provides the Higgsfield account and generation credits.
• Videos will be generated through Higgsfield using Seedance 2.5 and other approved models when appropriate.
• You will work in Codex connected to Higgsfield through the Higgsfield MCP. This is our core production workflow for developing concepts, building structured prompts, generating shots, tracking assets and iterations, and following the production process.
• You must follow naming, logging, continuity and quality-control systems carefully.

This is not mainly a traditional editing role. Most of the work is creative thinking, prompt and scene construction, AI generation, detecting weak outputs, regenerating or repairing them, and assembling the finished social video. Basic editing and design skills are still required.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO

• Has real experience making finished AI-generated videos, not just attractive disconnected shots.
• Can create coherent multi-scene videos with recurring characters, believable action and visual continuity.
• Is highly creative, technically curious, intelligent and good at following a detailed system.
• Understands American and Gen-Z humor, social trends, hooks and short-form pacing.
• Can spot when AI footage looks fake, awkward or inconsistent and knows how to improve it.
• Has strong written and spoken English.
• Is comfortable using Codex and MCP-based tools, learning new models and improving the workflow over time.
• Can work reliably and communicate clearly in a remote team.

2. At least one link must be a coherent multi-scene AI video with recurring characters or a continuous story.
3. At least one link must be funny, social-first or designed for TikTok/Reels/Shorts.
4. For every link, explain exactly what you personally contributed and which AI and editing tools you used.
5. Watch our Instagram reference above and write three sentences: what works, what should be improved, and what you would do differently to make the next version much better.
6. Tell us about your hands-on experience with Higgsfield, Seedance 2.5, Flow/Veo, Kling, Runway or comparable AI-video tools, and whether you are comfortable working through Codex and an MCP-based workflow.
