Short-Form Gaming Content Creator – Plix.gg

Plix.gg is a browser games portal with 72,000+ games and 180K+ monthly
visitors. We're hiring one person to own our short-form video output
end to end: find the games, record them, write the hooks, cut the
videos, post them.

This is NOT an editing-only role. We do not send you footage. If you
only want to edit clips someone else planned, this isn't your job.

WHAT YOU DO

• Dig through our catalogue and find games worth a video
• Record gameplay yourself (clean screen capture, 1080x1920)
• Write your own hooks and concepts — you are the ideas person
• Edit 10-40 second videos: captions, sound design, pacing, effects
• Post to our accounts and log how each one performed
• Test alternative opening hooks and tell us what worked

Concepts that work in this niche (starting points, not a template):

• "I found the weirdest game on the internet"
• "This browser game should NOT be this good"
• "3 games to play when you're bored at work"
• "Can you beat this level?"
• "3 games to play with your friends, no download"

Or even could be meme videos

OUTPUT
15 finished videos per week.
Each one gets posted to TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
5 videos per week ship with a second opening hook for A/B testing.

We measure retention and views, not file count. Tell us when a concept
is weak instead of shipping it to hit a number.

VOICE AND AI
You do not need to appear on camera or use your own voice.

• AI voiceover: allowed and encouraged
• AI captions and script assistance: fine
• AI-generated B-roll, stock slideshows, or the same template repeated

across dozens of uploads: not allowed

SETUP YOU NEED

• A PC that runs browser games smoothly and records at 1080p
• A stable connection — you'll be uploading 15+ videos a week
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve — your choice, we don't care
• You'll deliver project files alongside exports

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong short-form editing, with work to show
• You genuinely understand hooks and first-3-second retention
• You play games and can tell when one is actually interesting
• Good written English and a feel for what makes a Western gaming

• You can work independently. We give feedback weekly, not hourly.

PAY
$900/month (approx ?55,000), paid monthly via Wise.
Performance bonus on top, tied to monthly views across accounts.
13th month equivalent after 12 months.

3. THREE video ideas for Plix.gg. Each one must name a specific game
with its plix.gg URL, plus the exact opening line you would say.
This is the part we actually judge you on.
4. Your PC specs and a internet speed

Shortlisted applicants get a paid trial video: ?1,000, paid whether
or not we hire you. We run several trials at the same time.
